To diagnose a tricky problem our support team may request more details about the error that you are seeing.

As a first step, attaching a screen image that shows the error you are seeing is very helpful.

To capture more error details, please follow these steps:

1. Right-click (or Control-click on Mac) on an empty area in the Old Handwriting side panel to show the context menu.
   
2. Select Inspect from the menu.
3. A new window opens with the browser DevTools. The DevTools can also be shown inline on the page instead of a separate window.
   
4. Click on the Console tab in the DevTools. The layout of the DevTools may look different from what is shown here. But there should be a Console tab somewhere in the UI. Sometimes you have to click on the >> symbol to reveal it.
5. Usually the console is already scrolled to show the most recent messages. If not, then you can scroll it to the bottom. If there were any errors from the Old Handwriting extension, then those are usually shown in red. Expand the window if necessary to show as much information as possible around the error.
6. Capture a screen image and include it in your support ticket.
