The IN QUEUE status is not an error. It simply means that your transcription request is in queue to be processed.

Transcription of old handwritten text requires a lot of computer processing power and we have a farm of servers to handle this work in a timely manner. Sometimes there are more incoming requests than all the servers can handle at the moment, that is when incoming requests are placed in a queue.

Please be patient and your request will be processed in turn. You will see new periods added after the "IN QUEUE" message to indicate that the queue is still being processed.
