Automatic Updates

By default, Chrome extensions update automatically.

Manual Update Check

If you want to manually check for updates:

  1. Open Chrome and type "chrome://extensions" in the address bar, then press Enter.

  2. On the Extensions page, click the Update button located at the top of the page.

  3. Chrome will check for updates to all your extensions and install any available updates.

Updating only the Old Handwriting Extension

To update a specific extension:

  1. Open Chrome and type "chrome://extensions" in the address bar.

  2. Find the Old Handwriting extension.

  3. Click the "Details" button for the extension.

  4. Scroll down to the "Version" section. If an update is available, you'll see an "Update" button.

  5. Click the "Update" button if it's visible.

If you don't see any update options, your extension is likely already on the latest version.

Troubleshooting Updates

If updates aren't working:

  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet.

  2. Try restarting your Chrome browser.

  3. If the extension still doesn't update, try removing and reinstalling it from the Chrome Web Store.
